Exercise always helps me (although I just read recently that over-exercise can actually contribute to infertility, so they recommend things like yoga over running.) Even putting on some music and mopping the floor can help me burn off some stress. And though I tend to go for the more active methods of burning stress, I always feel a lot better after listening to some pretty music or reading the scriptures, etc. Spiritual perspective is a great way to get through the stressful here and now!
