Wednesday W's

This week's question ties into our "Healthy for 2009" program (see a few posts down for the idea). So I'm not the one coming up with all the weekly goals-

What are some simple weekly goals you would like me to include for:
1. fitness
2. eating/nutrition
3. emotional/spiritual

I'll make a list then organize the idea a bit more. I would like to start next week.

You want some ideas for goals? I need to get in more fruits and veggies. I can avoid the bad, but I need to add in more good. I need to better at personal scripture study, not just reading, and for exercise, I'm doing good at getting to the gym, but I need to do better at getting enough sleep the night before. What are you looking for exactly?

that's great Melisa! Just something like that. Something small that we can say "This week we are going to...." Perhaps it would be get to bed at a regular time each night, or add one piece of fresh fruit per day or whatever the case may be. Thanks, I can build off what you gave me.
